for my people have committed two evils:
they have forsaken me,
the fountain of living waters,
and hewed out cisterns for themselves,
broken cisterns that can hold no water.

Hopefully by now you’ve experienced the blessing of prayer… how it is the doorway to the throne room of God, and you’ve begun to taste the exquisite wonder of His presence as you rest with Him, seek Him, and know Him in a way that surpasses head knowledge.
The Lord is the fountain of living waters; the source of life. This is no theological precept, a religious concept merely to be studied; it is real because God is life. He is love (1 John 4:7). His touch has been radically transforming the hearts of broken men and women since the beginning of time.
Today is about drinking deeply of the Fountain of Living Water… beginning with a story of how I blew it recently.
